A primary responsibility of all jobs at the Springfield JCC is to ensure that each and every member, guest and visitor feels welcome and has a positive experience during their time at the J. 

We are looking to hire multiple referees to add to our outdoor summer basketball league! This program is for adults 18+ and will begin the week of July 7th and run through mid-September. The games are scheduled between 5:30-8:30pm, Mon-Thurs. The time commitment would be 9-12 hours a week with an estimated 3 games per night. Individuals must submit and pass a MA state required CORI/SORI background check. Experience/certifications in basketball referring required - 3 years. The rate for this role will be $30 per game.
