The Outdoor Pickleball Court Volunteer/Attendant plays a key role in supporting daily operations of the outdoor pickleball courts. This position ensures a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for members and guests by managing check-in procedures, collecting applicable fees, and providing excellent customer service.

This role directly contributes to the Springfield JCC’s mission by fostering community engagement, encouraging active lifestyles, and promoting a positive and inclusive experience for all participants.

Shifts Needed Are: Saturdays & Sundays 8-2pm, 2pm-8pm  Weeknight backup M-F 5pm-9pm  Compensation is $16 per hour

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members and guests
• Comfortable handling basic transactions
• Ability to follow procedures and remain organized
• Interest in pickleball, recreation, or community programming is beneficial
